Message	With key on engine off, and harnesses connected to the injectors, measure voltage drop at each side of the injector. You should get 12v on both sides. The only time u should get 0v on one side is when the engine is running. The ground side is controlled by the ecu. You wont be able to measure with a multimeter cause the freq of the pulses are too fast for the MM to pick up. Only a oscilliscope or scan tool can pick that up. If you dont get 12v at both sides, your injectors have an open in them, but i doubt all of them are bad. Doublecheck your grounds on your ecu.
