With key on engine off, and harnesses connected to the injectors, measure voltage drop at each side of the injector. You should get 12v on both sides. The only time u should get 0v on one side is when the engine is running. The ground side is controlled by the ecu. You wont be able to measure with a multimeter cause the freq of the pulses are too fast for the MM to pick up. Only a oscilliscope or scan tool can pick that up. If you dont get 12v at both sides, your injectors have an open in them, but i doubt all of them are bad. Doublecheck your grounds on your ecu.
